That has to be her hand. Trek's arm is not that long, and that isn't Duke's hand. It still looks weird though. Maybe Thing crawled over from the Addam's Family mansion and decided to make a move on Erica during the photo shoot.

Haha, that's funny. Thing knows just where he wants to make a appearance huh?
Anyway, here's my take on the pic:
Erica: (Thinking to herself) Just when are we going to wrap up this photoshoot? It's hard putting up a smile when this spandex outfit is making my crotch itch like hell!
