The fact that the DVD collection is being referred to as Season One, instead of The Complete series is a good sign that we may indeed get a Season 2. Lets Keep our fingers crossed. 31 days until NBC announces their fall lineup.
You know what I think is the indicator, however there season was shortened by the writers strike in 2007-2008, the Bionic Woman. It never got released on DVD and it was canned...Investment in this DVD set tells me season 2 is coming, stay tuned...
yea, i hope this is a good sign, i added all kinds of KR tags to the DvD so others could find it, also if and when they approve my search tag for "kitt" this will show in the search results when they search.
I wish they'd give a date telling when it will be released.
I do hope they have some really good bonus materials with the set for the price. It's a bit on the steep side for only 17 episodes, even if it's 17 episodes and the bd pilot.
To read my fanfictions, go to fanfiction.net and search for my screen name, Rainack.

I'd hate to break it to you, because I hope that calling the KR DVD set "Season One" is a sign as well, but...
You know, more than petition, more than letters, more than emails, phone calls, or kitt-kats, THIS is how we can get NBC's attention. 12,000 pre-orders will carry way more weight ( read $$$$$$$$$) with the suits at NBC than 12,000 signatures on our petition.

I'm pretty sure they used to - you know - make waffles!
Ooo, Dr.G., pass the syrup!
I speak nine languages AND I have a card that gets me discounts at participating Red Lobster restaurants!
Yea! (Even though I preordered the back-door pilot form Amazon and never saw it).. but yea anyway. Can't wait to hear what will be on it.
Bionic woman says volume one.. not season... not sure whats up with that. *shrug*
Hello, I am Sue’s Hybrid Automated Droid One-thousand. But you may call me SHADO.
IIRC and I might be wrong, but the Volume One release of Bionic Woman was done because it was released (or put together) before a decision was made on whether the show would come back to finish its first season or not. If it had been brought back the second half of the season would have probably been Volume Two and if it continued past that it probably would have been a full "season two" release.
The new and again improved evil's advertisement is currently too long and too badass to display here. But let's just say that with now 50% more evil, this **** is great!

Probably because its a female lead and they're trying to subtly mimic Kill Bill Volume 1 and 2. Or...it leaves an open-end no obligation to return or return like some greatest hits albums or collection out there that do not have a volume 2. Knight Rider prides itself with the audacity to say "hey, we're gonna call this season one because we KNOW we'll be back one way or another". Maybe somebody on the inside marketing trail knows something. Otherwise this audacious behavior could not happen. Hope I'm right. Now if only someone had the audacity to put David Hasselhoff on the bonus features like the 80's instead of saying "Fridays...Be There!"; he says, "Season 2...Be There!"
Nothing gold can stay. The Sun sets and it becomes a purple desert...then you get run over by a black car!!!

While it's understandable to think that, calling the DVD set "Season One" really doesn't mean there's a chance for a second season. If you look at older television shows that were released on DVD that only lasted one season, they will tend to say "The complete series." But since Knight Rider is still a recent show and recent shows get the quickest DVD release priorities, they're more likely to go with the technicality of calling it "Season One" just because its fate is still undecided.
