unzip the main knight rider v4 file , run the sami file inside and select ' zip or rar file' and select the KRKKV4.rar and thats it, everyone elses has worked so i dont know what yer doin wrong?

Cheers for attempting to help me Tobie. I appreciate it. You say run the sami file and select the zip or rar file, but when I run the sami file I get this?

i dont know what yer doing to get that but you should be clicking on the insatll and continue buttons, not the script button

I just double clicked "ULTIMATE Knight Rider Kitt KIT V4.sami" and it opens that.

click back and install, then do the zip rar file thing, and install

hi all

i just installed the KITT pack

(got sami working with it thanks to some of the replies here)

but i gots one more problem...

i cant play SA once i install it... it says that the abilities pack will only work with V1.0us...

im euro...

is there any patch for this or does it have to be a seperate version...

Hey some good news from me, I got the bandit cars in (as seen in pic below) using the IMG tool. I thought great, I'll try putting the KITT cars into the normal game like Garthe does. But then this happened lol Its kinda like the High traction dropdowns from season 2. I used the bandito file from Tobies ultimate KITT pack, and used the knight rider txd file. Not sure which one was wrong if someone can fill me in on something I may be missing?

youve not added the handling.cfg and vehicle ide data.

ok, i got it working through sami, without the tech thing

i simply removed those parts from the sami instal thing

i gotta say, these are... fantastic

the cop cars really suprised me

i did not expect to see the OCP cruiser :D

im still looking through them all, but so far, fantastic work!

now i just need to get some decent boats -crosses fingers for the batman mod to be finished shortly-

thanks for an awsome pack Tobie, Garth, simply fantastic

just do backups of yer HANDLING.CFG and VEHICLE.IDE files in the data folder in the san andread directory and replace them with mine from the pak :kitt:

Tried it and it didnt work so I'll just leave it..but thanks for trying anyway :D I put the wriath in instead..Its great!

Heres a new scanner for KI3T work in progress, i was going for the pulsating effect. I dont know why the headlights kept flickering when i recorded the game play. But it has nothing to do with how the scanner moves.

Wow! This stuff sure has come a long way since I played with GTA mods 4 years ago! What's the cream of the crop right now? I have GTA3, Vice City and San Andreas but there are so many different mods it's organized confusion. Can you point me in the right direction GarthKnight08?

Well if you want the best get the 2 packs by tobie, one is the KITT V4 pack that has the 3000's in it & the other is the new one he just released with the finished original KITT models. There are also sound packs availible that go with the cars. Just browse this thread everything you would want has links to it here.

Hey do you guys know how I can get the Knight 3000 by itself, including scanner?
I don't want the whole pack, just KR3000.
